Asbestos management survey’s are undertaken to ascertain whether ACM’s (Asbestos Containing Materials) are present within the structure. This provides for the taking of sample material suspected of containing asbestos for analysis by a UKAS accredited third party. The results will determine what action needs to be taken, if any, to ensure your business complies with current HSE legislation.
A refurbishment or demolition asbestos survey is undertaken to ascertain whether any material that is found to contain asbestos can be removed prior to any works commencing to ensure the safety of all workers engaged on the project and that all current HSE legislation is adhered to.
